In summer, several lifts open to give you access to MTB trails. Check daily schedules and get a bike park pass that fits your ride plan. Pro tip: check the weather before you set off, you’ll thank yourself for riding on the sunny side of the mountain.

Maps & Trail Info

• MTB trail map: check grades, distances, and elevation gain to pick the trail that’s right for you.
• Signage: follow the official markers (and leave the off-piste to the mountain goats).
• Water points & breaks: at this altitude, hydration is key. Sunny terraces are highly recommended pit stops.

Gear Tips

• Protection: full-face helmet for DH, gloves, knee/elbow pads, back protector to keep your style… and your smile.
• Setup: suspension tuned to your weight and terrain (100–170 mm travel depending on your discipline—it’s a game changer).
• Brakes: good pads, clean rotors, fresh fluid. Trust us, your forearms will thank you.

Trail Etiquette

• Stay on marked trails and adjust your speed to your visibility.
• Share the mountain: slower riders get priority, and a quick “thanks” is worth a KOM.
